Jesse Springer

Over the course of his rich career, Jesse has been responsible for over $1 billion in communications and marketing spend while working as a strategist, creative director, talent and producer. He has led the public-facing efforts of NatSec / intel campaigns involving advanced technologies, and he works closely with individuals at multiple government agencies. He served as the Executive Creative Director at Omnific Advertising and has been a creative force behind large communications programs for organizations and brands including the United States Marine Corps, the United States Air Force, the National Academy of Engineering, the Harvard Player’s Health Studies, Toyota, CBS and Canon. As a producer, Jesse has worked with startups in the entertainment, Web3, VR, gaming and music industries, securing celebrity partnerships and advising on technical integrations and go-to-market strategies. Jesse was a co-founder of the strategic think tank, Skyfort, which liaised with multiple USG intelligence community offices and agencies and succeeded in a broad public awareness campaign, press coverage, and brokering a series of congressional hearings on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). He maintains close relationships with government and IC leadership across multiple domains, as well as with all major media organizations in the United States and our Five Eyes partner nations. Jesse has facilitated vital dialogues between government officials and journalists while protecting sensitive national security data. As a strategist and advisor, Jesse has assisted startups in the blockchain / Web3, science and technology, defense, intel and media sectors. A specialist in high-level partnerships & collaborations, nuanced strategic development, and mass communications & messaging strategy, Jesse’s network in media, journalism and government is second-to-none. Jesse hails from Los Angeles, California, and lives in Rocket City: Huntsville, Alabama.

Joshua Springer

Joshua is a growth expert with an emphasis on negotiation strategies and has a passion for building up businesses. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and studied counter-terrorism at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) in Israel. Joshua has spent over a decade in sales leadership roles within marketing and tech, and he has been a growth advisor for multiple startups. He's led sales and business development teams of up to 20 people, as well as the highest performing team globally at Salesforce. Joshua knows what good sales processes and strategies look like and is a master of practical tactics for consistent growth. Whether he’s working with a more mature business in need of the right processes to create scalability, or with startups trying to create a bulletproof GTM strategy, Joshua’s experience and vast network are invaluable. Joshua is an expert in counter-terrorism, negotiations, and international affairs, having studied with the world’s leading experts in Israel for half a decade. With a remarkable rapport in sales strategies, negotiations, demand generation, training, leadership, coaching, digital transformations, influencer marketing, and GTM strategies, he’s a seasoned advisor and builder. Hailing from NYC by way of Israel, Joshua currently spends his time bouncing between Miami and New York.

Joel Springer

Joel has extensive experience in Program Management, Recruiting and Human Resources for organizations in the software/artificial intelligence, transportation, agriculture and automotive sectors. As a recruiter, Joel partners with C-Suite executives of organizations with $250MM - $30B valuations as they rapidly scale revenue, funding, and hiring. Joel has served as an in-house executive and technical recruiter, successfully landing many director+ level roles. As a strategy and operations program manager, Joel has managed university recruitment programs, strategic sourcing campaigns to win talent from FAANG / competitors, and executive talent nurturing initiatives. Joel has experience serving as an HR Generalist and Advisor for Fortune 500 companies internationally, supporting leaders in the UK, Germany and Austria. Dedicated to delivering the best solutions for his clients, Joel also brings HR and Recruiting Information Systems procurement experience, which includes evaluating, negotiating and owning licenses for HR and Recruiting Software. Prior to his career in executive recruiting, Joel developed a career in the legal industry, with experience in trademark and real estate law. Joel contributed to legal compliance, brand protection and anti-counterfeiting efforts for a major Fortune 500 company, including representing the company on anti-counterfeiting raids with law enforcement and training customs agents to identify and seize fake goods at global ports of entry. Joel trained in HR with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) in the UK. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and communication from the University of Washington and a graduate diploma in law from Oxford Brookes University (UK). Joel has worked in Europe and New York City, and he currently resides in the tree-lined suburbs of Seattle.
